Marks an element whose Python type is datetime and whose Java type is an instant type (Instant, OffsetDateTime or ZonedDateTime), as declared with Annotated[datetime, Instant]. The generated code hands its Java value to Python as an aware datetime; an element declared with the Java type itself keeps receiving the Java object.
